Ingredients
250 gm butter
200 gm brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
1 egg yolk
500 gm low protein flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/5 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
250 gm chocolate chips
100 gm walnuts
Method
1. Cream the butter, sugar, vanilla essence and salt till creamy, then add in the egg.
2. Fold in sifted flour, baking powder and soda bicarbonate.
3. Lastly add in chocolate chips and chop walnuts.
4. Spoon into small little doughs into a greased and lined baking tray.
5. Bake at 180'C for 20 minutes.

Deliciously Easy Cream Caramel Confirmed Recipe
For Cream
2 large eggs
2 table spoon sugar
1 cup evaporated creamer
1 table spoon vanilla essence
For Caramel
3 table spoon of sugar, caramelized and pour into baking dish
Method
Mix all cream ingredient into a small bowl. Sieve and pour into the sugar caramel dish. Stim bake(bain-marie) 180c for 25-30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Serve with fruit cocktail.
